TERMS OF SALE
Prices and availability listed on the website are subject to stock levels and may change without prior notice. Once you submit the order form, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. This email is simply to acknowledge receipt of your order.
All prices are VAT inclusive. A fiscal invoice, including shipping costs, will be issued upon shipment. If applicable, please provide your VAT number in the order form or in the order notes
PAYMENT METHODS
• Cash on delivery: cash only and available only in Italy
• Advance bank transfer (payment details will be provided at the time of purchase) – In this case, the goods will be shipped only after the payment has been successfully credited.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The Customer has the right of withdrawal (Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005), which can be exercised without the need to provide a reason, within 14 working days from the day the ordered items are received.
The right of withdrawal is excluded, pursuant to italian Article 59 of Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, for products belonging to the category of perishable goods: foodstuffs, fresh items, goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.
The customer is required to inspect the goods upon delivery and notify New Decors Art Srl in detail, within 3 (three) days of delivery, of any defects found – or that could be found – during this inspection, or to raise any other issues regarding the products. If the customer fails to provide such notice, the products will be considered definitively accepted and in conformity with the order.
The right of withdrawal can be communicated within the aforementioned period via telegram, fax, or email. The customer is solely responsible for the shipping costs related to the return of the goods. In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the items must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and with prior agreement with New Decors Art S.r.l.

No packages shipped with cash on delivery or postage due will be accepted by New Decors Art S.r.l. The refund for returned items will be credited to the customer's bank account within 14 days of receiving the return. Items returned incomplete, spoiled, opened, damaged, or soiled due to the customer's fault will not be refunded and will not be eligible for a credit equal to the original price of the item. If the return is due to an error by New Decors Art S.r.l., the shipping costs will be covered by the seller; in all other cases, the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
COMPETENT JURISDICTION:
In the event of a dispute, the exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the Judicial Authority of Rieti.
