If you have an issue that our technical support has not resolved, you can return the product to us. The first step is to complete the Return Form.

This form must be fully completed, and we will respond via email within 3 business days with return instructions.

Products must be returned in their original packaging. We do not refund products that are damaged due to insufficient packaging. Please use an outer protective box to prevent damage during shipping. The return must be approved first.
